Located on the way into Breck from Highway 9, so that traffic is avoided. Nice breezeway area which would be handy for those using for a ski trip. I was a little confused given the picture of the property and how much bigger the lot looks from picture. Would have been nice if wooden blinds had been dusted, but otherwise neat and clean. We enjoyed our stay and the house was great, but the wifi did not work the first 2 days and the TV never worked properly.
The hosts were incredibly patient when we accidentally routed to the wrong condo complex and needed assistance finding the unit, and we had a great stay overall. Was an enjoyable weekend the only complaint was the bed and pillows an up grade to one of those and the place would be perfect! Location is right next to the gondola and Main Street. Also an actual shade for the front window would be nice so passerby...
Just west of Manitou Springs on Hwy 24 at the entrance to the Pikes Peak Toll Road is Santa's Workshop at the North Pole.
